January 2026: Added the “Gallipoli letter” and “Latin America letters” items to the “Private downloads” page.
17th Dec 2025: Moved the “Massacre letter” item from “Private downloads” to “Other downloads”.
30th Nov 2025: Added a new download package, this being a relatively simple spreadsheet that explains and demonstrates how to ensure that an “X Y (Scatter)” plot will have equal scaling in the X and Y directions.
12th Aug 2025: Changed the “Template” download package by adding a warning about relying on default values associated with Excel functions.
9th July 2025: Released very minor, non-calculational, revisions to two spreadsheets:

13th May 2025: Released an absolutely trivial update (version 1.07) to the “Dynamic Buckling” spreadsheet.
5th May 2025: Released a further update (version 24) to the “John Clarke Australian Verse” document.
6th April 2025: Released a new spreadsheet aimed at spreadsheet developers. This tests the behaviour of Excel’s IS… functions when they are fed a range of different input types.

May 2015: I have at last had an opportunity to check my spreadsheets under Excel 2013. The checking was relatively superficial, but it suggests that none of them have any problems.
